Bob Dover, Multi-certified Master trainer
Over 30 years of experience with all breeds

I hired Bob Dover to professionally train my 15 month old golden retriever, Justice. I indicated I wanted to pursue an obedience show career with this dog. Bob, Justice and I met twice weekly for 4 weeks. Bob was patient with both of us. He was also very professional and diplomatic with my many questions. In 4 short weeks, Bob not only successfully trained Justice, he trained me!

Bob took the time and effort to coach me on training techniques as well as handler protocol. Because of Bob's attention to detail, high standards and top-quality customer service, Justice completed his Companion Dog title in only 6 shows.

I now train my other dogs as well because of the excellent guidance provided by Bob. However, it is reassuring to know that Bob is only a phone call away if I need his assistance!

I just want to say thank you for the exceptional training you gave my dog, Shogun.

Before your training, taking this 160 pound Great Dane for a walk was an unpleasant task. Now it is a pleasure. It is also more pleasant having a "mannerly" dog at home.

Having had a long background in Police K-9 Training, I would like to comment that Mr. Dover is the epitome of professional instructors in the dog training field for both law enforcement and the civilian sector.

It my professional opinion that Mr. Bob Dover is exceptionally well qualified and an excellent instructor in all phases of dog training and I highly recommend him to both Police Departments and the Private Sector for any and all requirements involving dog training.

Our canine Aris has been with us now for six months. Since his arrival in late January, both he and his handler have been very active.

I would like to go back to those subzero temperatures in late January and thank you personally for giving up so much of your time teaching and training George how to handle Aris.

I am very pleased with Aris' adaptation to police work and the training he received before he was delivered to us. A number of other Police Officers have come to me expressing a desire to become dog handlers.

It is my intention to ask for a second canine this fall when I present my budget request to the Carmel Town Board. Should this request be granted, you may expect to hear from me again soon.

I have a 1-year old German Shephard who went to Bob for Advanced Obedience Training when he was 6 months old.  Wild and rambunctious were generous terms to describe "Kodie's" behavior during that time.  He routinely used my home as his track and field course as well as walking me twice a day.  I knew it was time to do something about his behavior and decided to enroll him in Kentuckiana K-9 Advanced Obedience Training for 12 weeks.

In the beginning, I was reluctant but after my initial conversation with Bob regarding his training schedule, I no longer harbored any insecurity.  His knowledge and approach regarding behavior and obedience training was exciting and impressive.  I immediately trusted him.  In December 2004, Kodie completed his training.  The difference in his behavior is remarkable.

Bob is trustworthy, honest, great fun to be around and truly loves and respects his profession.
